1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zabrizon's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Zabrizon provides enterprise IT consulting, cloud infrastructure, AI automation, DevOps, and SaaS development services. Our services include:

• Cloud infrastructure design and migration
• AI workflow automation solutions
• Custom API development and integration
• DevOps implementation and managed services
• SaaS product development

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate with our team during project execution
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for you will be transferred upon full payment. Pre-existing intellectual property and general methodologies remain the property of Zabrizon.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zabrizon's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
